Craig McIntyre, CEO
Craig’s career has centered on creating world-class projects around the world. Early in his career, he collaborated with Steven Spielberg and Ivan Reitman to create complementary entertainment products to support their feature films. He then transitioned into helping artists and IP’s such as Bob Marley, Jimmy Buffett, Tommy Hilfiger, Pat O’Brien, and Emeril Lagasse effectively extend their brands into successful retail, restaurant and hospitality businesses. As head of development for Hard Rock International he oversaw the transformation of their single channel café business to a multi-channel hospitality and gaming enterprise spread across 37 countries.
He has worked around the globe helping companies and governments identify, develop, and operate new business opportunities. As Executive Officer for Universal Studios, he collaborated with Nintendo in Japan to open their first branded experience in Osaka. He also served as CEO for government entities of Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia to create and operate new leisure destinations to fuel their post oil economies.
Craig graduated from Stetson University with a BBA in Management and studied Industrial Design at Auburn University. He has also completed the executive leadership program at Harvard University.
He currently lives in Asheville, NC where he focuses his time exclusively on finding creative solutions to help solve the spiraling housing problem.
